  Hillman Scallops Roasted on the Half Shell

12 Hillman IQF Scallops on the Half Shell
2 fresh lemons
hot sauce (your choice)
dried BBQ seasoning
parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Cut scallop meats loose from shell (cutting meats loose makes it easier for customer to remove). Squeeze fresh lemon over each scallop. Add a heavy dash of hot sauce to the top of the each scallop. Sprinkle dried BBQ seasonings lightly over scallops. Top with Parmesan cheese (enough to cover scallop).

Roast in 475 degree oven for approximately 5-7 minutes or until cheese has slightly browned. Serve as an appetizer or entrée.
